Evelyn's First Day of Preschool!

At the end of August, Evelyn had her first day of preschool! She was so excited to meet her teachers, and SO upset when she couldn't stay because it was only meet & great day.

Evelyn's tantrum when we had to carry her out of her classroom crying on meet & greet day... and then force her into her carseat. o.o

Two days later, she finally - finally! - got to go back to school and stay! We arranged it so that we both could drop her off.

Her classroom starts off playing on the playground - she immediately found the monkey bars & tried to figure out how to move across them!

On the last day of her week at pick up, I found her sitting on her teacher's lap pouting because she was sad that she didn't have school the next day.  She is finally adjusting to her new schedule, but still gets so excited to go to school! I hope this enthusiasm lasts as the months and years pass!

How on earth do we have a preschooler already?!
